Creative Producer
Fuse Energy is an energy startup on a mission to make energy abundant and affordable, fast. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. We've raised over $200M from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, 20VC, Hummingbird and Collaborative Fund, alongside strategic angels including Nico Rosberg and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber. We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers. We're building our own in-house content and creative team. Unlike most companies, it won't sit inside marketing as another growth channel; it runs as its own function with one objective: to make Fuse, and the abundant future we're building, impossible to ignore. As a Creative Producer, you make our campaigns happen. You, the designers and art directors run as a tag team: they own the idea and the look, you own the intelligence and the delivery. Together you take a campaign from the first insight to the final file, and when we work with external partners, you find, brief and run them. ResponsibilitiesGather the insights campaigns are built on: competitor research, category research and what's working in culture right nowBrainstorm positioning and messaging with the head of content, art director, design and whichever teams the campaign touchesFind and assess external agencies and freelancers, and write the creative briefs they work fromRun production logistics: locations, scheduling, kit, and booking the talent and crew the art director has chosenOwn the shot list and asset plan before every shoot, so one shoot day yields many assets across ads, social and campaignWork with social strategists and creators to plan the assets they need and roll each campaign out across platformsOn big hero films, act as in-house executive producer: commission and run the named freelance crew (director, DOP, colourist, sound) and own the budgetKeep every production moving so nothing stalls or slipsRequirements Organisation: you run the logistics, schedule and budget and keep a shoot with many moving parts on the rails, arriving with the full asset plan and leaving with every asset in the canProblem-solving under pressure: you hold the schedule and budget when things go wrong on shoots, and protect the creative while you solve it3+ years as a producer, with real strategic curiosity, a range of produced video and campaigns, and strong management of crews, vendors and agenciesBenefits Competitive salary and eligibility for equityBiannual bonus schemeFully expensed tech to match your needsPrivate health insuranceBreakfast and dinner allowance for office-based employees As we hire globally, benefits vary by location.
