• Support Workers, Youth Workers, and Behaviour Mentors exploring a transition into education.

• Sports Coaches or Performing Arts Graduates who thrive in dynamic, people-focused roles.

• Experienced SEN TAs seeking a new opportunity within a progressive and nurturing school environment.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN.

• Assist pupils in managing their emotions, behaviour, and interactions.

• Support learning plans tailored to individual EHCPs.

• Collaborate closely with class teachers, therapists, and external professionals.
