Fire Alarm Engineer
* Diagnose faults and complete minor repairs on fire alarm systems.
* Attend emergency callouts and resolve issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate service records, worksheets, and compliance documentation.
* Build strong relationships with the on-site client.
* Identify opportunities to improve system performance.
* Attend training and stay up to date with industry standards and technology.
* Escalate critical issues and provide practical solutions when required. What We're Looking For * Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of systems such as Notifier, Kentec, Advanced, Simplex, Voice Alarm, Gas Suppression and HSSD would be highly advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
