The Role:

A standout opportunity for a junior immigration associate with NQ - 2 years' PQE to join a forward-thinking and rapidly expanding team with excellent mentorship and support.

You will work closely with a specialist team across a wide range of matters, gaining extensive hands-on experience. This includes supporting prestigious clients with their immigration strategies, preparing/drafting applications, advising on sponsor compliance and assisting with policy-driven projects. You will also be involved in identifying and managing risks for clients, ensuring compliance with Home Office requirements and helping businesses and individuals navigate complex immigration processes with confidence.

Requirements:

• NQ - 2 years' PQE, with previous experience in immigration law (corporate focus is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UK business immigration processes, including sponsor licences, Skilled Worker visas, and compliance obligations.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to present complex advice clearly to clients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters to tight deadlines.
• Team-oriented approach with the flexibility to thrive in the firm's hybrid working environment.
