THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced AV Account Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality TV campaigns across multiple clients. The role requires strong expertise in both linear and Connected TV (CTV), confident client management, and the ability to guide and support junior team members.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Plan, buy, and optimise performance and brand TV campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Maintain Average TVR Sheets for precise tracking and reporting.
  • Lead relationships for key clients including Sunlife and Tractive, ensuring exceptional service and results.
  • Provide training, feedback, and leadership to junior team members.
  • Build strong relationships with media owners and sales houses to drive value and negotiate effectively.
  • Confidently use core systems including MediaOcean, VOD and Linear booking systems, and ideally K2 (TechEdge).

Essential Skills:

  • In depth understanding of AV market – linear & CTV especially.
  • Understanding of industry wide systems: DS Media, CARIA, TechEdge.
  • Excellent relationships with saleshouses.
  • Campaign leadership experience, with proven ability to manage large-scale TV campaigns.
  • Self-starter mentality, proactive in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • High motivation and punctuality, ensuring reliability and consistency in delivery.
  • Ability to hit the ground running, quickly adapting to processes and responsibilities with minimal ramp-up.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience in planning campaigns as well as buying.
  • Experience in negotiating pricing and quality parameters.
  • People development skills, capable of guiding, mentoring, and upskilling junior members of the team.
