Joining as a Principal Engineer you'll be accountable for ensuring robust technical delivery of products and services, responsible for planning alongside the squads, co-creating the plan and inputting your expertise as needed, to ensure technical excellence. Not only that you'll be the voice of constructive technical challenge, ensuring that all non-functional needs are understood, technical debt is kept low, security and data protection are never compromised, performance and cost are optimised in a cloud first environment.

Most importantly, you're a hands-on technical leader with exemplary senior engineer/architecture skills. You'll be a coder at heart (Python and React) and someone who also has a great depth of knowledge in Cloud (AWS), Infrastructure as code (Terraform), containers (Docker/Fargate), SDLC, Automation and much more.
