If you are interested, please reply with your updated CV.Key responsibilitiesOwn and deliver end-to-end recruitment for open roles across the agency, including briefing, sourcing, interviewing and offer stages.Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job specs, and create structured interview processes.Working with our Talent Sourcers on proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to attract both active and passive talent.Maintain excellent candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the processSchedule and support interviews, collate feedback, and guide hiring decisions.Review and improve recruitment processes to ensure they are efficient, inclusive, and support hiring managers with interview guidance, toolkits and best practices.
