We are looking for a Graduate for our CEO Office to join our Allianz Commercial Graduate Program, based in London.

Your Team:

The Allianz Commercial CEO Office team serves as the operational and strategic hub directly supporting the CEO across all areas of business management . The team is responsible for strategic coordination, governance support and providing crucial decision support to the CEO, acting as the central point for executive-level initiatives across the organization.

The Impact You Will Have:

Based in London and reporting to the Head of CEO Office, you'll collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, gaining unique exposure to strategy-setting, governance processes and executive decision-making. This role offers a rare opportunity to observe and contribute to high-level strategic initiatives while developing your professional skills in a global business environment.

Day-to-day activities will include:

• Preparing presentations and analysis for executive meetings and strategic discussions

• Supporting business analysis and reporting requests from various stakeholders

• Conducting research and data analysis to support informed decision-making processes

• Tracking and reporting on key corporate initiatives and strategic projects

• Organizing meetings and events, including agenda setting and material preparation

• Assisting with corporate governance matters and compliance requirements

• Collaborating with international teams on cross-functional projects

• Supporting communication efforts between the CEO Office and other departments

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Recent completion of a master’s or bachelor's university degree

• You are able to adapt and work effectively in different situations and remain calm under pressure

• You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You have a pro-active and positive attitude to teamwork, are able to assist others and take ownership of your responsibilities

• You have a curious and creative mindset, are keen to learn and bring the enthusiasm to own and drive your personal development

• Able to absorb information effectively from various sources, then analyse, study or examine data in detail, draw appropriate conclusions, and present solutions to others.

• At ease with MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, you have an interest in new technologies and AI tools and how they can improve efficiency in day-to-day tasks

• Fluent English language skills and additional languages would be advantageous.
