Global Project Engineering Project Coordinator
• Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Track tasks, budgets, work hours, procurement and delivery lead times.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to align requests and share progress.
• Organise and lead stakeholder meetings, including presentation preparation.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute clear, timely summaries and action items.
• Collaborate with engineering, development and operations teams to resolve project issues.
• Serve as a liaison between teams in cross-functional environments.
• Prepare project status reports for leadership.
• Oversee project inventory, storage and disbursement.
• Support technical testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide flexibility with non-standard hours or locations when needed. Qualifications & Experience... • Previous project management experience (media/tech industry preferred). • Proven ability to deliver effective project outcomes.
• Knowledge of live production workflows, technology and control rooms.
• Understanding of project budgeting and financial processes.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Confluence, Miro and similar tools.
• Comfortable adapting to shifting timelines and priorities.
• Strong time-management, prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines. • Basic understanding of AWS, GCP and cloud methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
