• Has proven SENCO experience and in-depth knowledge of SEND provision
• Can confidently coordinate support for pupils with additional needs
• Has experience with statutory processes including EHCPs, assessments, and interventions
• Works effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies
• Is organised, proactive, and reflective in their practice
• Is committed to improving outcomes for all pupils and promoting a fully inclusive environment
