About the Role

As a Short Courses Recruitment Advisor for AD Education UK (ICMP & SAE UK), this role is responsible for implementing a variety of recruitment and sales strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and converting leads into enrolled students for our Short Courses portfolio both in person and online. This dynamic role requires a proactive, results-driven, and data-focused approach, with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding revenue and recruitment goals. Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective short course students, you will organise and deliver engaging recruitment and event activities, manage promotional periods, and execute upsell and bundle promotions to encourage enrollment into additional short courses. Collaboration with the Admissions, Marketing, and Academic teams is essential. You will handle enquiries, guide applicants through the process, extend offers, advise on financial and Visa compliance processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Providing accurate information about courses, enrollment procedures, finances, and the overall student experience is crucial. As directed this role will support where necessary the operational delivery of short courses, ensuring that each course is accurately listed on the website and that room bookings are finalised at each campus to facilitate a seamless student experience.

We're looking for someone who can provide accurate and comprehensive information about our courses, enrolment procedures, finances, and the overall student experience as well as able to travel across UK when necessary. Your attention to detail will be crucial in supporting the operational delivery of short courses, ensuring accurate website listings and finalizing room bookings across our campuses.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

Sales and Leads Management

• Acting as a first point of contact for applicants and enquirers considering studying a short course program.

• Serve as the primary contact for short course applicants, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during core business hours in accordance with SLA agreements. 

• Engage in one-on-one calls with prospective students to address course-related questions.

• Maintain an organise recruitment database for reference and generate regular recruitment reports, including conversion rates and lead quantity metrics.

• Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) CRM system, ensuring accuracy and implementing best practices for lead organisation and reporting.

• Welcome applicants at taster sessions, auditions, maintain accurate records, and explore further educational opportunities with short course students. 

• To send registration and payment details to all hot leads and follow them through to the Revenue Tracker so that Enrolment is swift and easy for our Admin staff.

• Provide expert guidance on recruitment and onboarding processes and contribute to setting realistic revenue and recruitment targets for Industry Short Courses. 

• Outline and implement and employ comprehensive 'Lead Nurturing' processes for all short courses.
