Scaffolders ( Advance ) (Hiring Immediately)

Responsibilities
- Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffolding structures safely and efficiently according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
- Ensure scaffolding complies with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
- Inspect scaffolding components for defects and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and team members to ensure timely completion of scaffold-related tasks.
- Use advanced scaffolding techniques to handle complex or high-risk scaffold structures.
- Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out.
- Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a scaffolder, with advanced skills and knowledge of complex scaffolding systems.
- Relevant certifications such as CISRS Advanced Scaffolder card (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety regulations and construction standards.
- Experience working at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffold plans.
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for quality of work.
