About the School
A thriving school in Ealing is looking for a detail-focused Data and MIS Officer to support the effective management of pupil information and school reporting. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate data and ensuring staff have access to reliable information to support school operations.
About the Role
Maintain and update pupil and staff information on the school's management information system.
Produce reports relating to attendance, assessment and pupil records.
Carry out routine data checks and investigate discrepancies.
Support data collection cycles and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with school census returns and other statutory data submissions.
Provide guidance to colleagues on data entry and system processes.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure information is handled securely.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous school data or MIS administration experience is essential.
Experience using systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom is highly desirable.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with databases.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Able to communicate technical information clearly to colleagues.
An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
