QTS
Strong KS1 teaching experience
Excellent behaviour management
Ability to use assessment effectively
Good communication and teamwork skills
Salary
£34,500 – £45,500
What the Job Entails
Planning, delivering, and evaluating KS1 lessons
Using data to identify interventions and next steps
Creating a safe, structured classroom environment
Working with SEND staff and external specialists
Supporting wider school initiatives and clubs
Building strong relationships with parents
