- Strong proven experience managing within BMS or building controls industry.
- Advanced technical knowledge of HVAC principles and BMS software protocols.
- Proven leadership ability with a focus on mentoring and developing others.
- Background in control system design, commissioning, and support.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, Health & Safety, and risk management.
