Compliance Analyst
Make evidence-based recommendations, identifying and escalating key compliance matters.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather intelligence, including whistle-blower engagements when necessary.
Communicate effectively to senior colleagues about the benefits and challenges of compliance actions.
Build constructive relationships with energy suppliers, government bodies, and industry stakeholders to resolve consumer issues.Ideal Candidate: Passionate about the energy sector and committed to delivering positive outcomes for consumers.
Possesses strong analytical skills, capable of collecting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex issues to diverse audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Power BI for data analysis.
