? Hiring: Underwriting Admin Assistant | Leading Syndicate | Property D&F

On behalf of one of my clients, a leading syndicate, I’m currently supporting with the hire of an Underwriting Admin Assistant to join their Property D&F team.

This is a stable, process-driven position suited to someone who enjoys structured responsibilities and is comfortable handling consistent administrative duties over the longer term. It would suit someone looking for security and a steady environment rather than immediate progression.

? Potentially well suited to:

? Returners to the workplace seeking flexibility and stability

? Career changers with strong administrative experience

? Bright, motivated school leavers with strong academics and professional exposure

? Candidates with insurance admin experience (any class of business considered)

? Some insurance knowledge would be beneficial, particularly within Property or the London Market, but the team is open-minded.

? Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are key.

? Flexibility on working days can also be considered.
