About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Supply Chain & Demand Forecasting systems—ensuring we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time. You’ll lead initiatives that sit at the heart of our business, optimising how we forecast demand, plan inventory, and make replenishment decisions across our distribution centre and multiple fulfilment centres.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, Data science, Engineering and Commercial teams to build tools and systems that balance speed, accuracy, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on complexity, sees data as a competitive advantage, and is motivated by building infrastructure that scales.

- Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to design and deploy forecasting models, planning tools, and replenishment algorithms.
- Build tools that help us make smarter purchasing and stocking decisions—from SKU-level forecasting to distribution centre inventory health.
- Lead cross-functional squads through discovery, defining product requirements, delivery, feedback and iteration—owning the end-to-end product lifecycle of new tools and features with clear success metrics.
- Ensure seamless integration to upstream/downstream systems logistics, warehouse operations, and commercial planning tools.
- Partner with Data science team to continuously monitor accuracy, forecast drift, and inventory performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on supply chain, demand forecasting, or inventory systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, planning workflows, and the trade-offs between availability, inventory cost, and forecast accuracy.
- Experience working with or integrating data science/ML models (e.g. demand forecasting, replenishment algorithms) into real-world tooling.
- Proven track record of building internal tools with complex logic and dependencies.
- Strong quantitative skills, structured, systems-thinking mindset—able to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across Ops, Engineering, Commercial, and Exec teams with clear product narratives and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and project management abilities.
- Bonus: Experience with retail, e-commerce, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
Benefits
Opportunity to be part of an industry transforming mission - your work will directly shape how the world experiences fast, premium retail.
