Facility Maintenance Technician

- Location: London South East
- Working Pattern: Onsite (occasional evenings and weekends)
The Work
- Maintain a clean, functional workspace
- Provide first-line support for maintenance issues
- Coordinate with third-party contractors
- Manage furniture inventory and office moves
- Conduct regular health and safety checks and risk assessments
- Perform ad-hoc decorating, carpentry or installation work
- Serve as a Fire Warden
What You Need
- Good general carpentry, metal work, and plumbing skills
- Demonstrable experience in facility maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- IOSH, First Aid At Work, Fire Door Inspection qualifications
