We are looking for an International Tax Compliance Manager to support the Head of International Tax Compliance in establishing and maintaining a robust compliance structure across multiple territories. This is a hands-on role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring legal, tax, and regulatory obligations are met as the business expands internationally.

What you'll be doing

• Research and assess international tax, company law, trade, and global mobility requirements for new markets.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop entry strategies for overseas expansion.

• Advise HR on global mobility matters, including worker postings and international hires.

• Liaise with external advisors to manage annual tax compliance and reporting.

• Support Finance teams (Tax, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) with tax compliance in day-to-day operations.

• Review and challenge tax returns and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

• Identify and address risks, ensuring robust controls and adherence to tax policy standards.

What we're looking for

• Strong technical expertise in international tax and global mobility .

• Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders and executives .

• Skilled at working with and challenging external advisors.

• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to deliver under pressure.

• Professional tax or accounting qualification ( CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent ).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing risk.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Bloomberg's International Tax platform.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, or connectivity industries.
