Senior Facilities Manager
Kitt designs and operates workspace for the world's most vibrant brands. From managing the design and build, to creating an elevated ongoing experience, we create spaces that are worth leaving home for.
The Role
This is not your typical FM role. At Kitt, you’ll be at the heart of delivering vibrant, high-performing office spaces for some of the world’s most exciting brands and playing a key role in executing our whole-building strategy for some of the most prominent landlords in the market.
You won’t just keep buildings running, you’ll help shape spaces that people love coming to. From day-to-day operational excellence to delivering an elevated workplace experience, you’ll be the trusted expert clients rely on and a critical partner in driving value for our landlord partners. If you’re energised by variety, thrive under pressure, and want to help redefine what the office can be, this is your chance to make a real impact.
You will be:
- Managing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of office buildings, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, H&S risks, and ensure compliance
- Managing service contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring SLAs are met and costs are controlled
- Leading the resolution of reactive maintenance issues, coordinating with contractors and internal teams
- Supporting the mobilisation of new sites and office openings, working cross-functionally with project and client teams
- Collaborating with Finance and Asset Management teams on service charge budgeting and reconciliation
- Drafting annual building budgets and support the completion of annual service charge reconciliations in collaboration with the finance team and Asset Manager
About you
- Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within commercial office settings.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and building systems (HVAC, fire, electrical).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with attention to operational detail.
- Comfortable working with both internal delivery teams and landlords directly.
Why Kitt?
The world of work has shifted forever. As people everywhere prioritise purpose over their paychecks, company culture has been thrown into the spotlight. But the problem is, too many companies are showing up to work in bland, cookie-cutter offices. We’re leading this change.
Real company culture can only be built in-person, in the real world – and for it to be authentic it needs its very own, personalised space. That’s why we create offices as unique as the brands and the people who work there. We’re long-term culture partners to our clients long after they've signed the lease and chosen the paint colours.
