Assistant Producer - Development (FTC)

We are growing and are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Producer to join our development team on a fixed term basis.

Reporting to the Exec team, this role will involve developing and pitching ideas, researching concepts, and writing decks.

What you’ll be doing…

• Researching current trends and news stories and staying up to date with industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Compiling pitch slates for different broadcasters.
• Bringing ideas to life by designing and writing decks.
• Supporting the team with the everyday running of the slate.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.

Requirements

Who you are…

• We’d love you to have experience in a similar role, good knowledge of the sporting world and excellent English writing skills.
• You have a strong understanding of the factual and fact-ent TV landscape, as well as understanding both traditional and SVOD broadcasters.
• You have experience of pitching work to broadcasters and governing bodies.
• You’re proactive, hands on and a team player!
• You successfully communicate your ideas and apply critical thinking in your work.
• You have a keen eye for trends and themes and enjoy creating innovative visual proposals through extensive research, exploration, and visual development.
• It would be amazing if you know photoshop/InDesign.
