This is a fantastic opportunity for an architect with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional architectural projects within the residential sector.

You will contribute to the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality residential projects that marry bold creativity with practicality. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical design solutions for residential projects using Revit, ensuring high-quality outputs and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with the team to create innovative, sustainable residential designs that push the boundaries of the brief.
Work on various stages of the project lifecycle, from design development to technical detailing and construction documentation.
Apply your technical knowledge to solve complex architectural challenges and contribute to the overall design quality.
Participate in client meetings and collaborate with external consultants and contractors.
Support junior team members and provide guidance on technical aspects of design and construction.
Ensure all projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Requirements:
ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in residential architecture.
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering residential projects from design through to technical delivery.
Ability to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with building regulations and compliance requirements for residential buildings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to project delivery.
