Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical design solutions for residential projects using Revit, ensuring high-quality outputs and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with the team to create innovative, sustainable residential designs that push the boundaries of the brief.

• Work on various stages of the project lifecycle, from design development to technical detailing and construction documentation.

• Apply your technical knowledge to solve complex architectural challenges and contribute to the overall design quality.

• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with external consultants and contractors.

• Support junior team members and provide guidance on technical aspects of design and construction.

• Ensure all projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in residential architecture.

• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering residential projects from design through to technical delivery.

• Ability to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications.

• Experience with building regulations and compliance requirements for residential buildings.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to project delivery.
