SEN TA
Smart Teachers are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in East London on a full-time, long-term basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with students who require tailored classroom support to help them access learning, develop independence, and make meaningful progress.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN TA you will:
- Have previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
- Have experience delivering interventions and adapting learning to meet individual needs.
- Be confident supporting pupils with communication, cognition and learning needs
- Have a patient, nurturing and consistent approach
- Be passionate about helping pupils build confidence, independence and life skills
- Have a primary education or specialist SEND background (desirable)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Suitable SEND specialist experience
