What will you be doing?

  • Drive growth of the electronic Rates sales business across all client segments and products, partnering closely with trading, e‑strats and distribution teams
  • Act as a key interface between clients and internal stakeholders (including Trading, e‑Strats and Technology) to deliver electronic execution solutions
  • Analyze e‑trading performance, client behaviour and market structure to identify trends, opportunities and anomalies, and proactively drive revenue generation
  • Develop and maintain client analytics, dashboards and performance metrics to optimize the electronic trading franchise and support strategic decision making
  • Manage client tiering frameworks through data-driven analysis and collaboration with Sales & Trading leadership
  • Support onboarding and growth of clients across electronic venues (e.g. Bloomberg, Tradeweb), including pipeline management and process improvement initiatives
  • Partner with technology teams to enhance automation, infrastructure and analytics capabilities within the eRates business
  • Contribute to the development of new business metrics and tools in collaboration with e‑Strats, helping to scale the electronic platform
  • Engage clients with a solutions-oriented approach, providing education on products, electronic execution and market structure rather than purely relationship management

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with VBA/macros or similar tools for data analysis and process efficiency
  • Experience building or working with client analytics, dashboards or performance metrics is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of market structure and electronic trading ecosystems
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Commercial and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with Trading, Technology and clients to deliver solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on driving platform growth and improving client engagement
