Head of Finance

Role:

Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary, Head of Finance to assist them for 6 months. You will be responsible for the following duties:

• Quarterly planning
• Financial planning and forecasting, including maintaining and developing forecasting tools.
• Responsible for budgetary analysis, cost analysis and cost optimisation across the organisation.
• Key decision-maker around OPEX and CAPEX
• Owns and monitors key financial indicators, OKRs and KPIs, including setting appropriate KPIs across the function.
• Responsible for ensuring financial deadlines and deliverables are met across the team.
• Oversee audit, financial controls and audit trails, ensuring appropriate documentation and governance is maintained.
• Responsible for the integrity and oversight of the financial ledgers.
• Strong focus on knowledge transfer and ensuring financial knowledge/processes are embedded within the team.
• Works closely with Payroll
• Support recruitment/workforce planning, assessing headcount requirements and associated costs.
• Provide financial analysis around settlement agreements and their cost implications.
• Play a key role in financial and operational risk management.

Profile:

The successful, temporary Head of Finance will be qualified and have previous experience in the Not for Profit Charity sector.

You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Our client are a Not for Profit Organisation based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Head of Finance role will be paying circa £90k-£100k per annum (pro-rata), dependant on experience.
