US/UK TAX MANAGER - LONDON (£70,000 - £85,000) Boutique US/UK Tax Practice | City of London | Hybrid Working Manager Role - Lead Your Own Client Portfolio We're recruiting for a Tax Manager to join a rapidly expanding, independent US/UK tax practice. You'll take full ownership of a client portfolio, lead a team, and have real autonomy over your work and development. This is proper management - not just supervision. What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop your own team (mix of compliance and advisory focus)
• Own a portfolio of clients across straightforward to complex cases
• Review and sign off US/UK tax returns
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and tax authority liaison
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm training
• Mix of high-volume compliance and increasingly complex advisory work
• Build and grow your specialist expertise

What You Need:

• ATT qualified and/or IRS Enrolled Agent (essential)
• 5+ years' US/UK personal tax experience with proven sign-off capability
• Track record managing compliance volumes confidently
• Team leadership experience or proven readiness to step up
• Strong client-facing skills
• Technical credibility across dual-handling work
