PR manager
-  Develop and implement long-term public relations strategies, including product communication, corporate PR, MarCom, and cross-functional initiatives. Ensure timely and effective project execution. 
-  Coordinate with and report to HQ, providing localized PR solutions and evaluations. 
-  Collaborate with marketing, social media, and influencer teams on ongoing projects and integrated marketing communications (IMC) initiatives. 
-  Work cross-departmentally with product, network, aftersales, and backend functions. 
-  Establish and maintain media relations. 
-  Independently and collaboratively with agencies, manage brand, corporate, and product press releases. 
-  Handle crisis public relations, participate in managing major company emergencies, and propose crisis management plans. 
-  Organize PR and media events, as well as small company conferences. 
-  Conduct project summaries and gather market feedback post-events. 
Requirements
-  Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, automotive engineering, economics, or business management. 
-  Professional Experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in OEMs and the communication industry. 
-  Proven ability to establish and maintain strong media relationships. 
-  Open-minded with a start-up mindset. 
-  Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and execution skills. 
-  Strong ability to handle pressure; proactive and innovative. 
-  Language Requirement: High level of proficiency in English
