The Role

This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position where you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from winning new business and securing vacancies through to sourcing candidates and successfully placing them into roles.

You will be given comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop your commercial skills and become a trusted recruitment professional.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients
Identifying and winning new business opportunities through proactive business development
Meeting with clients to understand their recruitment needs
Building and maintaining a network of high-calibre candidates
Advertising vacancies and managing recruitment campaigns
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
Managing the interview process from initial briefing through to offer stage
Negotiating salary packages and placement terms
Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
Building a personal brand within your specialist marketWhat We're Looking For
