Are you an experienced Building Surveyor and project manager?
We are looking to recruit an experienced building surveyor to our new Senior Building Surveyor role. As a top-class project manager you will lead on the delivery of a range of projects within the Schools’ Capital Programme, including projects in the £1-5 million range, co-ordinating the work of colleagues within the Surveyor Team, external consultants and contractors under the direction of the Principal Surveyor. You will work closely with headteachers, school business managers, other Local Authority officers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time, budget and meeting client requirements.
