Location: Hayes.
Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Specializing in Challenging Behaviour.
Start Date: Immediate (ASAP).
Duration/Expected Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

Work Schedule: Full-time positions only.
Minimum Daily Rate: £110 to £125 per day.
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (full day).

We're looking for enthusiastic graduates eager to support primary and secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), as well as Behavioural Difficulties.

Job Overview:

This role is based in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU), serving children excluded from mainstream education or those needing extra support beyond traditional school settings. The main aim of the PRU is to reintegrate students into mainstream education. We're seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team.
