About The Role

We are currently seeking a part time Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Cambridge Court Dental Clinic based in Sussex Gardens, Paddington.

This is a 4 surgery practice treating both NHS and private patients, offering general dentistry as well as Invisalign, implants and hygiene appointments.

Hours: Monday - Wednesday - 09:00 - 13:00 and Thursday & Friday - 08:45 - 17:45

During your induction period you will have the opportunity to receive further training and development to get signed off as a Patient Coordinator, offering a great opportunity to progress and develop your skills. This will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

• Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
• Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
• Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
