Interim ER/IR and Change Lead
Interim ER/IR Change Lead - Immediate start - 12 M FTC - London Hybrid
This role offers the chance to shape how employee relations is embedded into major change and transformation programmes, ensuring organisational change is delivered fairly, compliantly and efficiently.
Your New RoleAs an Employee Relations Change Specialist, you will partner with transformation leaders, People Change teams and senior HR stakeholders to ensure ER is incorporated from the earliest stages of organisational design.You will act as a trusted ER expert across restructuring and consultation programmes, proactively identifying risk, influencing decisions and enabling confident delivery at pace as well as leading consultations with Trade Unions.
What You'll Need to SucceedCIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be able to demonstrate a deep technical expertise in employee relations, with a strong focus on change, restructuring and consultation gained in a corporate, matrix environment. You will have proven experience supporting complex, large‑scale transformation programmes where you will have led negotiations with Trade Unions.
