Facilities Management Technician

The Facilities Technician role is all about keeping our bustling Soho Square office running smoothly, ensuring it's safe, well-maintained, and ready to support our creative teams and world-class productions. You'll be hands-on, proactive, and practical, tackling varied tasks from preventative maintenance to office moves and safety initiatives. • Location: London South East
• Contract: Onsite
• Shift Pattern: Occasional evenings and weekends

The Work

• Maintain the facility's cleanliness and functionality
• Provide first-line support for facility maintenance issues
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialist services
• Manage inventory and oversee furniture moves
• Conduct health and safety checks and risk assessments
• Carry out ad-hoc decorating, carpentry, or installation work
• Act as a Fire Warden

What You Need

• Good general carpentry, metal work, and plumbing skills
• Demonstrable experience in facility maintenance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideal: IOSH, First Aid At Work, Fire Door Inspection qualifications
