Hyde is looking to recruit an Estate Services Supervisor to join our Property Services team.

As an Estate Services Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our estates are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a mobile role, based in Tower Hamlets, with responsibility for supervising estate teams and overseeing services such as cleaning, caretaking, and grounds maintenance. You’ll also support residents by responding to queries, addressing tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour, and ensuring communal areas are safe and welcoming.
Responsibilities
Supervise, support, and develop estate services staff, ensuring they are trained, equipped, and compliant with Health & Safety standards.
Carry out regular estate inspections, monitoring quality and ensuring high standards across communal spaces.
Respond to resident queries, complaints, and concerns with a customer-focused approach.
Report repairs, hazards, and tenancy breaches promptly, liaising with contractors and internal teams as needed.
Manage schedules, allocate resources, and complete administrative tasks including timesheets and quality monitoring.
Work with local authorities on waste management and parking enforcement.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to manage and coordinate staff and external contractors.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage residents and resolve issues.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to consistently deliver high service standards.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
