Location: Field-based / London (Central London territory)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
What you'll earn
- OTE: £5,000â£6,000 per month (uncapped)
- 45p per mile mileage reimbursement
- Company phone and laptop
- Free parking via RingGo account
Your earnings are uncapped. The more you close, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (approx. 70â75% of signings)
Generate your own pipeline through referrals and structured cold canvassing (approx. 25â30% of signings)
Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs and secure deals
Deliver and install terminals for newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale
Share feedback and insights with SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
Who you are
Skills & Attributes
Highly motivated, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Self-starter, resilient, and motivated by commission, ownership, and results
Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with SDR and operations teams

Background & Requirements
- Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Payments industry experience not required .
