THE ROLE
Working within this dynamic and growing Construction Insurance team, you will play a key role in defending construction professionals including architects, engineers, contractors and consultants in complex, high-value professional indemnity claims. You will take ownership of challenging matters from strategy through to resolution, developing innovative litigation strategies and delivering commercially astute advice to a sophisticated client base.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on some of the market’s most interesting and complex construction disputes, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm’s national Insurance Disputes practice, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-value work, while also having the chance to supervise and support junior fee earners, playing a critical role in the continued growth of the team.

THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 8+ years' and a strong background in professional indemnity law, gained in private practice or ideally within a major insurer or MGA. You will have a strong track record handling complex, high-value professional indemnity claims, with excellent technical, analytical and commercial skills. A confident communicator and strategic thinker, you will be able to manage your own caseload, build trusted client relationships, and find practical solutions to challenging issues. You will also bring strong organisational skills, a collaborative approach and ideally experience supporting junior lawyers, alongside the drive and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing team.
