Head of Enterprise Systems - Salesforce

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + 15% OTE

We’re working with a leading financial services organisation that is looking for a Head of Enterprise Systems to take ownership of their technology strategy and drive innovation across the business. This is a senior role with significant influence, reporting directly to the CIO and having strong ownership and direction of their Salesforce Systems.

This organisation has built its entire investment management process on Salesforce, integrating everything from retail investment and estate planning to private credit, leasing, and lending. They’re now looking for someone who can lead the next phase of development, ensuring scalability, customisation, and best practice.

You'll own and evolve the business systems strategy with a focus on Salesforce and deliver customisation and optimisation projects. You'll also collaborate closely with the Head of Data to ensure governance.

What do you need?

• Proven experience in a product-focused role, ideally at senior level.
• Strong Salesforce expertise and must have an understanding of the financial services sector
• Knowledge of financial movements, lending, and accounting processes.
• Ability to lead system design and deliver scalable, customisable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
