Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information and assistance.
You will guarantee the continuity of Front Office operations while carrying out the administrative and accounting procedures.
Candidate Profile
• Sound understanding of guest reception and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Good command of Microsoft Office and standard office applications.
• Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with fire safety and emergency evacuation regulations.
• Fluent English is essential.
• French language skills would be highly appreciated.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Professional appearance and excellent presentation.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability, responsiveness and sound judgement.
• Strong collaborative team spirit.
