• Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and assignments
• Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a consistent teaching approach
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
• Teaching qualification or certification
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the English language and literature
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Passion for education and nurturing young minds
