As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s social, emotional, intellectual and physical development. Through play, exploration and positive relationships, you’ll help children build confidence, develop new skills and discover their own interests.

Our Chingford nursery is rated Good by Ofsted and provides a welcoming and stimulating environment for up to 108 children .

One of our fantastic features is our dedicated sensory room , filled with stimulating experiences including lights, music, bubbles and monochrome features. It provides children with exciting opportunities to explore their senses and discover new experiences.

Our preschool children can also develop their early literacy and numeracy skills through activities focused on phonics, numbers and animals , helping them build the foundations they need for their next stage of learning.

Role Responsibilities:

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Required Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
  • Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
