Property Services Manager

- Part of the senior leadership team Property Services Manager – East London | £50,000 + Discretionary Bonuses Full-time | Permanent | Monday – Friday. 5:00pm finish (minimum 4 Saturdays per year with time off in lieu) A fast-growing shared accommodation provider in London is looking for an experienced Property Services Manager to lead and elevate their property management and internal service teams. Based in Stepney Green, this senior leadership role offers a rare opportunity to shape service delivery across thousands of properties in one of the capital’s most ambitious property businesses.As Property Services Manager, you’ll oversee a busy department that includes property managers, maintenance operatives, cleaners, and builders. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance, service-first culture.You’ll also work closely with senior leadership to help steer strategic improvements as the company continues its rapid expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of property managers and service staff
- Ensure high standards of service and maintenance delivery across all properties
- Act as escalation point for complex tenant and maintenance issues
- Implement and monitor performance metrics, training, and support systems
- Promote cross-department collaboration to improve overall efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Cultivate a proactive, solutions-driven culture within your team
- Proven experience in a management role within property services or a customer-facing environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- A high level of professionalism, resilience, and initiative
- NFoPP or Propertymark Level 3 qualification (or willingness to complete)
- Degree-level education preferred
- Familiarity with Fixflo is an advantage
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- £50,000 base salary plus access to discretionary bonuses
