Personal Assistant
As the Personal Assistant / Team Assistant you will:
- Manage team diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming correspondence and emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Assist in organising events and team activities as required.
- Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems for the team.
- Support the team with travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
