Opportunity for someone early in their career to learn and grow into an HR career path. • You love how businesses work.

It doesn’t matter if you have considered working in HR before, you must love enabling people to be their best work self. The ideal person, is naturally bright, gets on well with people, is a self-learner, and wants to succeed.

Purpose Recruitment at Atomos means finding the best of the best, and moving fast. This is a great role for someone at the early stage of their career to learn commercial HR. 50% of this role is recruitment, 50% of this role is administration... however, the value you deliver is judged via the recruitment side of the role.

You will coordinate recruitment, phone-screen candidates, and support the HR team with administrative activities. We pride ourselves on a high end tech stack and you will also be expected to contribute ideas on how to automate HR admin in a way that improved the employee experience.

  • Ensure candidates are fully screened via our outsourced provider and flag concerns to the Chief People Officer.

  • A preference to learning by getting involved.

  • Hyper organised, able to work on a range of projects, and understand sometimes you have to put extra work in to hit your deadlines.

  • Happy to attend the office 4 days per week – you authentically believe in the value of in-person presence.

  • Sense of humour.

Do not reach out to me on Linked In, it won't support your application.
