Company Secretary
Job Description
We have partnered with an international insurance group to hire an interim Company Secretary for a 12 month FTC.
Reporting into the CEO you'll serve as the primary point of contact between UK executive and non-executive directors, senior leadership, and board/committee chairs, while engaging with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
This varied role balances both administrative and strategic responsibilities, playing a critical role in maintaining robust governance frameworks for regulated entities and subsidiaries.
Alongside these day-to-day responsibilities there will also be a significant amount of transactional work to lead on, working closely with the CEO and relevant service providers.
