Education Recruitment Consultant - London
This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for somebody to join a young, yet established education recruitment agency based in central London near main rail and tube links
Established over 4 years ago this agency has gone from strength enjoying year on year growth and expansion.
In line with growth plans, they are now looking to bring in talented education recruiters to join their team.
There is an opportunity for an education recruiter with temporary day to day supply experience to come on board and complement the company’s main business which is mostly permanent and long-term supply.
Due to expansion plans, this role can be individually tailored, therefore desks covering Primary, Secondary and SEND can be established and created. For those wanting to go down a management route, a team can be built around you with milestones in place so once you hit an agreed target you will be given an additional member of staff.
The company also utilise the talent they have from within, you can have a real input into how the company moves forward it could be managing a blog, training and developing staff, creating a social media project, setting up an international pipeline of teachers it really is a great opportunity for somebody that is full of ideas and creativity to leave their mark.
KPI’s and targets are used productively to help and develop recruiters, it’s a relaxed fun environment to work in with a view to having a healthy work/home life harmony it’s not about bashing out sales calls all day.
The office has a rich diversity with interesting people from all corners of the world working together.
Expectations are very realistic and easily achievable, it would be expected for a consultant joining to be on a modest 30 days a week after 6 months, you will have all the support and tools you need to succeed.
This is a full 360° position, you will have a dedicated compliance team to help and support you.
Additional key information
- Term time hours 7.00am – 4.00pm or 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Christmas, Easter 9.00am – 3.00pm or 11.00am – 5.00pm
- Basic salary £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience + commission

As this is a specialist role all applicants MUST have education recruitment experience, there is no exception to this rule other than if you have experience in Healthcare or Social care recruitment which has many transferable similarities.
