Summary

We are looking for an experienced data product manager, to support the delivery of our data strategy and enable our digital transformation. You will lead in the design and creation of data products that will enable the democratisation of data for business areas, encouraging and facilitating a culture of data driven decision making.


As a Product Manager you will be passionate about building data products that enables and delivers value, driving the product management lifecycle from design and build through to launch and ongoing support.
You will work closely with the business to define and identify opportunities and requirements that can be supported through data. Leading a cross functional capability you will deliver data products and structures that ultimately form the foundation of our new cloud-based data platform.

What you'll do

  • Promote and increase execution of Customer data use cases, in line with our Data and AI strategy. Increase awareness of customer data available to the business.
  • Champion the use of quality core customer data in use cases across analytics, data science and AI
  • Represent and define business outcomes in master data management and data collaboration initiatives
  • Own and manage a portfolio of data domains and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Lead the management of products with a high level of autonomy that leads to the delivery of our data strategy and value generation.

Who you are

  • Passionate about delivering outcomes through data
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritise to deliver the highest value for the business, while developing strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
  • Able to navigate complex projects and initiatives, bringing people together through distilling the complicated into the simple
  • Have strong experience and understanding of a variety of data initiatives
  • You will be delivering on a backlog of crucial deliverables to leverage our data assets to fuel the growth of M&S
