Position Overview
Lead data-driven business transformation initiatives leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to optimize operations, drive strategic insights, and deliver measurable business outcomes through intelligent automation and data modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Analytics Implementation
• Design and execute enterprise data strategies to create unified data architectures
• Advise on advanced analytics solutions including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithms
• Develop data governance frameworks and establish data quality standards
• Create self-service analytics capabilities and democratize data access across organizations
AI & Machine Learning Integration
• Identify AI/ML opportunities to automate processes and enhance decision-making
• Advise on implementation of intelligent automation solutions using RPA, NLP, and computer vision
Change Management
• Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
• Conduct training programs and workshops for employees at all organizational levels
• Manage resistance to change through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
• Create feedback mechanisms to address concerns and optimize transformation outcomes Client & Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with C-level executives, department heads, and key stakeholders
• Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior leadership
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on transformation goals
• Serve as primary point of contact for transformation-related communications Core Competencies
