We're working with a growing and highly regarded firm looking to appoint an M&A Tax Manager into their expanding Transaction Tax team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Partners and Directors on a broad range of corporate transactions, advising entrepreneurial and owner-managed businesses on deals ranging from £5m to £100m+.
The Role
- Supporting on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Delivering transaction tax advisory and due diligence work
- Advising on restructures, acquisitions and post-deal integration
- Managing day-to-day workflow across live projects
- Liaising with clients, advisers and internal teams
- Supporting and developing junior team members
About You
- Strong UK transaction tax experience gained in practice
- CTA qualified, ideally ACA/ACCA qualified also
- Experience across advisory and/or due diligence work
- Commercially minded with strong communication skills
- Able to manage deadlines within fast-paced deal environments
- Keen to develop technically and progress within a growing team
