Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Clerkenwell
Brand : Stirling Ackroyd
Salary : OTE: of up to £60,000.00 per annum
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 6:00pm, Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm. If required to work a Saturday, you will receive half a day in lieu.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of an Sales Negotiator is exciting and rewarding!Duties will include:
Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
Booking and carrying out property viewings
Acting as key point of communication between buyer and vendor
Advertising new properties and preparing accurate property details
Deal with the sale of the property from viewing to completion
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Achieving personal and branch sales targets
Representing the company in a professional manner
Skills required :
Experience within sales and customer service.
Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
Be responsive to change.
A full UK driving license.
